1. Online Trainings & Digital Courses
Instant Access & Strict No Refund Policy
Our online trainings and digital courses are delivered digitally with instant access granted upon payment. Due to the immediate and digital nature of this content, all sales are strictly final. We do not offer refunds, either partial or full, once access to any course or digital content has been granted.
We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly review course descriptions, curriculum, requirements, and access terms before committing to a purchase. If you have any questions prior to buying, please reach out via our contact form at lokayogaschool.com/contact/ — we are happy to help.
Access & Membership Terms by Purchase Type
Your access duration and any applicable recurring fees depend on the type of purchase you make.
A. Bundle Purchases (2 or More Courses)
- Access Term: Lifetime access to all courses included in the bundle, granted immediately upon payment.
- Recurring Membership Fee: None. There are no recurring charges associated with bundle purchases.
- Cancellation: No cancellation action is required as there are no recurring fees.
B. Individual Course Purchases
Applies to: Online Breathwork Teacher Training, Online Yin Yoga Teacher Training, Online Meditation Training, Online Yoga Mechanics Course, Kids Yoga Teacher Training, Online Yoga Philosophy Course.
- Initial Access Term: Your payment includes a complimentary three (3) months of full platform access, starting from the date of purchase.
- Recurring Membership Fee: Immediately following the expiration of the initial 3-month complimentary period, a recurring monthly membership fee of USD $4.99 will be charged automatically to maintain access to the training platform.
- Your Responsibility: You are fully responsible for managing your own subscription. Loka Yoga School staff are unable to access, modify, or cancel your payment settings on your behalf.
- How to Cancel: Log in to your account at lokayogaschool.com/login/ and scroll to the bottom of your account page. You will find your Payment Details and Subscription options where you can manage or cancel at any time.
- Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. Access to the training platform will continue until the end of the current paid billing cycle, after which it will terminate.
- ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please download your certificate(s) before cancelling. Cancellation is permanent and irreversible.
C. English Course for Yoga Teachers
- Access Term: Lifetime access is included with your initial purchase.
- Recurring Membership Fee: None. There are no recurring charges associated with this course.
- Cancellation: No cancellation action is required.
2. In-Person Yoga Teacher Trainings (100-Hour & 200-Hour YTT)
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of application to secure your place in the training. This deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including personal emergencies, travel disruptions, or changes in personal circumstances.
Cancellation of Balance Payment

Attendance Policy
100% attendance is compulsory for certification. No refunds or credits will be provided for missed sessions, regardless of the reason. This applies to all sessions across the full duration of the training.
All cancellation requests for in-person YTTs must be submitted in writing via email by the person registered for the course. Verbal or third-party cancellation requests will not be accepted.
3. International Retreats (India, Japan & Others)
All retreat payments are strictly non-refundable.
This is because Loka Yoga School is required to make non-refundable advance payments to hotels, suppliers, local guides, and other partners in order to secure your booking. These costs are incurred on your behalf at the time of booking and cannot be recovered.
Please consider this carefully and ensure you have appropriate travel insurance in place before confirming your retreat booking.
4. General Terms & Right of Dismissal
Loka Yoga School reserves the right to refuse entry to or dismiss any participant from a training or retreat at any time, without a refund, in the event of:
- Serious misconduct or disrespectful behaviour toward staff, teachers, or fellow participants
- Violation of our Code of Conduct, including policies on punctuality, attendance, and drug or alcohol use
- Any behaviour deemed unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful
This applies to both online and in-person programmes.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase on this website, you agree that you have read and accepted these terms prior to payment. In the event of an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute that contradicts these terms, Loka Yoga School reserves the right to provide this policy, your checkout confirmation, and all relevant records to the payment processor as evidence that these terms were agreed to at the time of purchase.
